Contribution formats
Authors may indicate their preferred presentation format:
Oral presentation
• Duration: 15 min + 5 min discussion
• Limited number (~25 presentations)
Poster with flash presentation
• Poster displayed throughout the conference
• 3-minute flash oral presentation (selection by the scientific committee)
Poster only
Poster size is A0, portrait orientation
Submission guidelines
• Abstract in English
• Maximum length: 300 words
• Include: title, authors, affiliations, keywordsbr> • Indicate preferred format (oral / poster + flash / poster)

Procedure:
To submit your abstract please go to 'Pre-register' page, fill the form and create your account (if not yet done).Please sign in your personal space with your e-mail address and your password, then go to the 'Pre-register' tab and check the general conditions (if not yet done). Then go to 'My Abstract', enter your title, the authors, the session theme (oral / poster) and upload your file.
The uploaded file will appear at the bottom of the "Abstract" page.
